I am still very hopeful she will release her album before the tour starts but I am struggling in my mind because if she pulls 2013 again then for the first time will be highly disappointed in her because that is a conceited greedy and exploitative move even though she didn't explicitly say she is releasing an album.

Of course fans have the right to voice their frustrations. What they don't have the right to do is call her "conceited, greedy and exploitative" because she hasn't released her album before the tour. At no point has she ever said that the album would be out before the tour and the tour is named after the song that she HAS released.

Everyone jumped to the conclusion that the album would be out and then bought tickets on that assumption. That's not her being greedy or exploitative, that's fans being over zealous.
