It was during your ban or either when you weren't active.
He said something in the Pokemon thread and got banned but he thought he was permabanned and went on Twitter to say he couldn't live anymore and was committing suicide unless it was changed by tomorrow.
Someone made a thread and everyone was tweeting him to calm down. Kworb then told him he wasn't even permabanned.
He also had a meltdown in HQ in like April over losing a Pokemon battle with some members and called one an illegal immigrant and told another to kill themselves.
