When he died also one of his songs had enough points to go Top 10 on Hot 100. But they didn't allow old songs to re-chart then either, they didn't remove that rule until Whitney died and I Will Always Love You was allowed to go #3.

And he also had 3 albums in the top 3 the week after he died but the BEP got the #1 instead. The Billboard 200 was such a joke for that.
