Still makes no sense to me. So you're saying if she peaks at #10, it'll stay #10 for a few more weeks after even if she falls?

if she peaks at #10 she will stay there until another song passes her/she falls below it. And THEN she'll go recurrent, IF she completed 20 weeks on the top 40.

Demi's head voice register is kinda weak

and i want her to learn how to use that whistle voice, you know the REALLY REALLY REALLY high notes.

She still has step throat, I think usually her high notes are really good...

That 'whistle voice' as you call it, she used that in some MLILAS performances... She can do it, but I'm not sure how good that was honestly
