DEAR LORD!!! These speeches!
Edge, collin - phenomenal entries. It's so nice to see that all three of us took this last challenge so seriously, and in the process have fully established the fact that we've earned these final three spots.
Edge: You know that since day one you've been my fav contestant on the show. I so hugely admire what you do as a poster. Even though you and I come across quite differently, I respect what you do and think I can learn from the way you are. The fact that you moved beyond the "dragger" persona in this competition and showed your vulnerable side is just icing on the cake. You really do have it all. Your final speech was insightful, moving, and authentic. The only thing I didn't like (and I'm being nitpicky because I liked it all but Matty said he had to say what we didn't like...) is that I kept waiting for one more bit of your trademark humour, and it never came. That being said, I didn't really dislike anything about your speech. Congrats on a job well done.
Collin: If Edge is my "fave competitor", you're def the one who has grown on me the most. I won't lie, I didn't know you at the start, and for a while you seemed to blend in with a bunch of the others. However, as the competition went on, you totally found yourself and I see that now. Obviously we had some moments, but like I said - that's all water under the bridge. No matter how I felt about you at some points of this Cycle, I can honestly say now that you 100% deserve a spot in the final three. Edge and I both came into this Cycle already knowing who we are (although we've both had growth) but I feel like it was this Cycle that showed you who you are. And that's a great thing. Your speech was touching and had many relatable parts. I wish it was a bigger font, but I do have the eyes of a senior citizen. I also wish you spoke more about what you did in this specific competition - but like I said with Edge, I'm being nitpicky to find something I didn't like only because Matty said we should. Overall, your speech blew me away and cast off any doubts I may have had about you. I congratulate you on a job well done this entire cycle.
