Ke$ha is increasing, PSY is slightly decreasing, Taylor is still holding that #1 spot strongly... The problem is that Ke$ha is gonna surpass PSY in a few hours/minutes, but Rihanna is increasing more acceleratedly than K$... so we might get that #2 position for a few hours and then Rihanna will take it from us...
