Nah, I wouldn't say that. Both albums are amazing. I wouldn't have survived the past two years without songs like "Born To Die", "National Anthem", "Ride", "Video Games" or "Blue Jeans". "Ultraviolence" is a huge step forward, but "Born To Die" remains a masterpiece.
