I have a question about Murder House. Why couldn't Moira's ghost leave?

I started watching this show Friday and I'm already done with Murder House and 3/4 done with Asylum
I love it, even though it kinda scares me (Murder House was scarier IMO because I'm more scared of the supernatural than serial killers, etc.)
Hold on, what I don't get is why Constance said "now you're stuck here forever" when Ben was pouring the concrete. So if her body was moved she would be freed?

Plot hole, to be honest. Everyone else's body was removed.

Just a metaphor for her life. Men see her as the seductress, because she died while having an affair (it's said she slept with Constance's husband several times). However, her ghost aged, because she was more self-aware of her condition than any other ghost. "Men see what they want to see", so they see her as the young girl, but "women see into the soul of a person", thus, they see her as the old Moira.
Downloaded the first two seasons during the break as a revisit and establish my opinion. I forgot how great Murder House and of course Asylum slays.
There's undeniably more terror and actual scares in the former seasons, then again Ryan did say Coven would be more camp. It wasn't a bad season, but it had a lot of flaws with characters and a flowing plot that the other two succeeded in.
While I enjoyed the humor and fun, I pray Ryan goes back to basics and make next season have a sense of horror to it. Coven was mainly a big, hilarious girl fight as a whole with little elements of what made this show phenomenal. He'll run off the wide audience of support if he keeps venturing in the way I fear and that plagued Nip/Tuck. At least he has a great cast.

Moira wanted Constance to pay for her sins so she was hoping that they would discover her body and then Constance would be then held responsible for her actions but then ben poured the concert and so now her body's under it and no one will discover it, meaning Constance won't be able to lay for her actions toward Moira
I feel like Ryan Murphy only uses Evan Peters so he can get those nude/underwear shots because his if you look at his character development in Asylum and Coven..
Rewatching Asylum. I still feel so bad for Lana and Kit two episodes in. They didn't deserve this treatment either. It is interesting seeing Sister Jude though - the character is completely different from Fiona Goode even if they have similar aspects to their character.
Can Ryan Murphy PLEASE stop it with the Jessica Lange ass kissing? not only did he give her like 3 death scenes this season (when Spalding brought her back to life, the fake death last episode and the final REAL death) but each one was like 15 minutes long with plenty of pointless mumbling. Can't wait for season 5 when she won't be on the show any longer.
I hope that actress comes back for S4.
