I'm kind of shocked people warmed up to this image so much in the past week since the video release - it happened very quickly. It was a 180 from the week before where people were really not feeling it.
I may not like her at all, but as FAN said, she has starpower. You have to commend her & her team for knowing know how to get people hyped & knowing how to reel fans back in after a long break. The album release week will be the real teller of course, but she's definitely got social media hype to help with her. I'm legit shocked this image is starting to flow with people.
I hope she can hold that for the rest of the week!
Biggest video effect I've ever seen? IDGI because I thought the video was horrible. I'm wondering if the video was controversial, if people thought it was super fun or if the video brought out something in the song that people didn't recognize before the video. Probably a combo of all 3. She's a unique case to me in general because people claim to hate her songs in mass amounts yet her songs get bought in hoardes. She might be a "guilty pleasure" artist.
