Its not a bad thing that you experimented with the rotating time structure.
tbh I wasn't here for when we complete a spoon challenge you would be all "okay the next challenge is in 10 hours"

If you had all the dates with matching times for when challenges would happen it could have worked much better, but it seems like your schedule doesn't have an exact time structure like knowing "oh work starts at noon on this day and ends at 8 PM and then these days I start classes at 8 AM and end at 4 PM".
If you had that kind of structure and you gave us a rough estimate for when the challenges would happen, i would have been much more on board with the "revolving schedule".
Actually its not a revolving schedule, its more just wanting challenges at different times in an organized fashion
later, I am glad we are heading back to that time spot.
