What kind of video? The kind that was praised by critics and fans alike? For once this era, those who dislike something are in the minority. MTN was coming off the longevity and success of both Y&I (not a huge smash or anything, but did pretty good) and TEOG, so...

No, JK. There have been slip ups, but you have people who act like everything has went wrong and she's flopping when she's not. Being objective and realistic is not calling an album with three Grammy nominations and 5m+ WW sales a flop. I don't speak for everyone, but this era has left me frustrated. I don't care about the receipts, we already have plenty. Grammy's are nice, but a delivering great album with a fresh sound is better. (Which she did halfway)

What bothers me is the sheer degree of self indulgence and egomania that has possessed her this era. Having to direct all your videos, fire directors when alternatives are suggested, rehash ideas that worked the first time but haven't the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, do not fall within, even the most delusional umbrella of creative control.

She refuses to listen to the fans, even when she was flooded with complaint tweets about TEoG video, she retweeted a compliment.

Yes, everone got their kiiiii from troll Gaga, but the deeper issue still remains. Why can't she accept that something isn't working and god forbid, actually TAKE HEED OF SOME CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM.
