I wouldn't just pick 64 members though. That's so dumb and biased. There would be two rounds: one where you choose a list of 8 members from each of the 8 major bases and the eight members from each base with the most votes would move on to the next round, and the next round would be pretty much the same as December Madness. They're lined up and you just pick your fave until there's only one left
