But, I just think that Dignity have the depth, cohesiveness, edginess, & lyrical content that made us connect/relate to Hilary and her life through her own words. There's a story in it from Stranger to Play With Fire. While BIBO is pretty much just bops written by other singers/composers that makes us nostalgic because we miss our girl. Also, the melodies and instrumentals from Dignity are crazy good & different (Gypsy Woman, Outside of You, Stranger) and I love the fact that it still uses real instruments but it's dance. We shouldn't compare albums cuz records are made to be enjoyed at different times for different reasons.

BTW Dignity is great, mature and iconic. And BIBO is such a great album as well, even where she hasn't written a single note I do still feel her cuz you know she doesn't take songs sent to her; she works with the team in the studio sharing what she wants to say and what genre she wants on her music. She's always connected with every song and we pretty much feel it.

Exactly. I mean are we forgetting that she was going for writing sessions with Koma too. I'm sure if she didn't actually have a hand in writing those songs, she definitely contributed ideas to them. Let's not forget that up until her Sweden trip in February, she had a **** ton of writing credits for the album.

And anyone calling BIBO simply an EDM album must not have heard the second half of the album.

Most of the tracks aren't even EDM. I think 7 out of 20 tracks are EDM, that's it.

Exactly. She seems so excited to be able to release music again. However, it'll be up to the label in the end. I can see Hilary having a new album ready next summer (after Younger season 2, her tour), but I can see RCA being difficult.
On another note, I think we'll get This Heart soon. She said she wants to share that one with the fans, so hopefully she releases it as a download or whatever.

Omg, Hilary's already ready to make new music? I hope she works on her next album between promoting and getting ready for the tour. Doesn't the tour start after Christmas? So she'll have some time to go to the studio and record a few songs, etc. Then maybe next year when she's done with the tour she can take a break to spend time with her son then finish her album.
