One Supreme Court Justice can enter a temporary freeze, but if the full court refuses to hear the case (likely) then the pro-lgbt verdict is locked and the student wins definitively
Now the DOJ is asking that one case with his name on it be dismissed

Good. Roy Cooper for the win!!!

Trump to O'Reilly on what he'd tell the black community citing racial bias: "even against me, the system is rigged. I can relate it very much to myself"
He CANNOT be serious

EDIT:
Hmm. Nvm. If they can successfully do this, then I'm all for Warren. That means if she gives her resignation letter within the next two weeks, the special election will be held in January. Right when Hillary is inaugurated. Or she could do it in November, only after its for sure Hillary won, and only have 3 months of a temporary replacement.

No. The first 3 months of Hillary's presidency are the most important.
Making the senate vulnerable is a dumb move, and i dont think Warren brings anything new to the ticket. Unnecessary risk.

Seeing as it's quite likely now that Bayh wins the Senate seat here in Indiana, and Gregg looks likely to win the Governorship, I'm thinking Hillary might actually have a shot of winning Indiana, as well. I swear, if we turn Indiana blue down the whole ticket this year, I'd cry tears of joy.

David Duke (ex-KKK leader) teasing with running for Congress Oh HELL NO.
“I’ve very seriously set up an exploratory committee to run for the United States Congress against Steve Scalise,” Duke said. “I expect to make a decision in a few days” ahead of the July 22 ballot deadline. Duke said the killing of five white police officers in Dallas by a black militant pushed him to the brink of running. “I don’t take any satisfaction in the fact that I was right, but I have been right,” he said. “Unless European Americans stand up, they are going to lose everything they care about in this country.”
He can stay with his bad hair away from any seat.

GOP platform is so far to the right on LGBT issues that even gay conservatives aren't being apologists this time, they're all SHOOK Here's an email. If this final draft passes I hope GOP's swing voters jump to Hillary or Gary, these social issue first drafts on LGBT, abortion and p0rn are TOO much
Quote:
Dear ---,
There's no way to sugar-coat this: I'm mad as hell — and I know you are, too.
Moments ago, the Republican Party passed the most anti-LGBT Platform in the Party's 162-year history.
Opposition to marriage equality, nonsense about bathrooms, an endorsement of the debunked psychological practice of "pray the gay away" — it's all in there.
This isn't my GOP, and I know it's not yours either. Heck, it's not even Donald Trump's! When given a chance to follow the lead of our presumptive presidential nominee and reach out to the LGBT community in the wake of the awful terrorist massacre in Orlando on the gay nightclub Pulse, the Platform Committee said NO.
BUT...now is not the time to sit around feeling sorry for ourselves. Log Cabin Republicans has been officially credentialed for the Republican National Convention, and when it convenes in Cleveland in a mere 6 days' time I want to be able to take a stand, but we're going to need your support to do it.
Cleveland is rightly making the most of their time in the spotlight, and prices for advertising in area news outlets are sky-high.
That's why I'm writing to ask for your help.
Please give today and give generously — $500, $250, $100, or whatever you can give would go a long way to ensuring we don't go quietly into the night.
Take back the Platform. Take back the Party. Stand up today and let the folks on the Platform Committee who paved the way to this foolishness know you're not going down without a fight!
Sincerely,
Gregory T. Angelo
President
Log Cabin Republicans is the nation’s largest Republican organization representing LGBT conservatives and allies. Bernie was on GMA talking about Hillary, he pretty much said all the same things he said yesterday. George Stephanolous kept grilling him about whether he would accept VP choice
It's obvious he wasn't considered nor was he vetted why would you keep asking him that question over and over in one interview? Bernie did a good job staying on track and focusing on showing the differences between Clinton and Trump and how Clinton would be a better choice for middle class Americans.

How embarrassing! They are just as delusional as the republicans themselves. Did they ever think that they would be accepted by this party in the first place? Saying we want the real Republican party back, uhm actually henny this is your party. Accept it..

It almost sounds as if Ted Cruz himself wrote the GOP platform.

The final draft will be a mess. I predict all anti-LGBT/abortion to stay, maybe the p0rn public crisis bit, and the wall is definitely making ha appearance. Delete it, gordo.

Don't the republicans have more important issues to worry about instead of worrying about what a woman decides to do with her body and who I sleep with?

If you've been paying attention to politics at all, at any given point in the last however many decades, you would know that those are the issues they're most concerned with. They govern with their bibles, not the constitution.

Watching CNN right now. Pence and Christie are the top 2 choices, Gingrich is third
I do hope Trump picks Gingrich. He would bring Trump good advice and adds a lot of experience to his ticket.

Gingrich is smart (and he's pro-BlackLivesMatter so i like that he sort of gets it)
Rated have you seen the latest Quinnipiac poll? Should we be worried? (i think yes)
