Week 11: Surplus Real Estate Shortage
BOARDROOM MEETING
In TRUMP BOARDROOM...
Outside the lobby,
Team Surplus: [crickets]
Mr. Trump: [Let them in] on phone
Secretary: You may step in now. Project Manager sits in the middle.
[smiles]
[Simon rolled his eyes again.]
[SiXo is speechless.]
[2 Surplus candidates entered Mr. Trump's Board Room]
Mr. Trump: One of the major challenges of the game was the real estate task. Mr. Trump is famous for his real estate properties and when it comes to selling high-end real estate some members were not up level as others. Some were less fortunate. Even with the " team average" rule for both teams and Cosmo having one member who has zero performance but still Surplus managed to loose.
Between Simon (simon2011) and Zeljko (SiXo), who is responsible and who needs to go home?
Mr. Trump: Anyone can answer my question above.
simon2011: We both have inconvenient time zones compared to Foxay & Ivan. SiXo has a very early time zone and my time zone comes much later. Foxay & Ivan time zone matched with yours, Mr.Trump! That's why they have a huge advantage over SiXo and me!
Mr. Trump: Basically you are saying the musical chairs last night was a 2 vs. 1 battle.
simon2011: I didn't mean that but its true.
Mr. Trump: Why didn't you come up with plan last night? You gave up at the very end where it could have made a difference.
simon2011: I could have been here but I have some unexpected moving things, not an option, come on. And I didn't give up at the end - I keep telling others to vote but none of them came!
And I did pretty good since I got all the huge sales - I spent every night for this task
and some little free time during the daytime at school. And as a leader I am excellent!
SiXo: Look Mr. Trump, I put my f**king life into this game! I will not let myself be fired today! I need that interview!
Simon...this is what I have to say: Week one: I was 3rd! Week two: I was 2nd! Week three: Don't get me started! ... and the list goes on....
Where was he at this time, and how much passion did he show? None!!!
Please don't forget who beat the crap out of Simon in Task 3 when me and him was PM! It was me! I won HARD! It says it all. And it's funny when Simon was in Como, Como WAS loosing; the moment he came to Surplus, well Surplus started to lose!
Mr. Trump: Yes I remembered that time you teased him after you stole his customers.
This is very interesting, Simon could be bad luck for just about any team.
SiXo: Yes Mr. Trump!
You can say all whatever you want, but we all know that TASK 3 was the HARDEST of all...I mean to get people post in topic and come back in 24h....And I did it! And only a GOOD leader can do that! Only a good, next APPRENTICE can do something like that!
Simon never won as a project manger! And his team lost 7 times! And he was 2 times PM and he lost! He lost once becuse of ME! God! Mr. Trump, this is a FACT!
Mr. Trump: [Looking at Simon] C'mon Simon a lot of what Zeljko is saying is very true what do you think about all his harsh words. You're not going to take all that are you?
simon2011: 
There are only 2 people left on Surplus, I can't say myself fired, and I don't want to say bad about SiXo either.
I still stand by my reason for why we lost this task: Different Time Zones - Not Enough Time to contact everyone on ATRL - Not Enough Strategy to win.
Mr. Trump: You're stating the past challenges, what about this task..why did your team lose, SiXo?
SiXo: We were perfect! I was perfect! But lately, the moment you gave Simon and Jay to us, Surplus went down a hill. Don't you dare to forget how many times foxaylove lost with her team- epic...yeah right. 
She would only work when she way Project Managers, that is not the way leader work, or a faithful candidate! Half of Surplus tasks were won only because of me - top 3, remember!?!
foxaylove: EXCUSE ME? Did I not just own everyone the last task where I wasn't even PM for? Contradiction much?
I try hard on EVERY challenge, not just the ones I am PM for. Sales are my strong point and it just so happens that every time I have been PM, it has had to do with sales in some aspect.
Don't try to bring me down...I'm not the one who's in the boardroom right now after suffering a tragic loss, YOU ARE! Facts are facts!!! We're both 4-4 in this competition with our teams, I am 3/3 as PM while you are 1/2, I have 3 first place showings while you only have 1, and the list goes on. My performance in this game has been great, reevaluate yourself and learn of ways to improve your performance instead of demeaning others' game play. Let's not also forget I did win when Simon and others were on cosmo's original team (task 1 anyone?), can you say the same? I'll save you time and answer for you, "NOPE!"
Mr. Trump: You can't blame their losses on Kristen, she did the best she could; the Project Managers should have done a better job. Yes I do remember your top 3 days in first five consecutive tasks. I give you the award for consistency. It's tougher now ain't it when we are down to four candidates!?!?
SiXo: Well I worked my fullest for this task, I put a whole 3 days. Let me start, I PM'ed every major thread started! What did I got, nothing, they were all helping Foxaylove and why? Of course she is popular! I need to beg them to not vote for her, I even had to lie that fox doesn't love stuff what they do (don't care for them) so they would vote for me. Now that tells you that I had to work much more then the rest of this people!
[Interruptions]
Dj: Hi Mr. Trump, can I talk? Sixo really deserves to stay in this competition. I mean, I've never known of anyone who has given heart and soul for this game, I really hope he stays.
Mr. Trump: I will take it into consideration, DJ! Please head out ...
[Robyn let him in]
Matty: Hello Mr. Trump!
Mr. Trump: Hi Matty, thank you for coming in here! It's that time of the week again. Between Simon and Zeljko who should go home?
Matty: Based on prices and past challenges I'd have to say Simon needs to go.
Zeljko (Sixo) has proven himself and would probably throw a fit if he left now.
Mr. Trump: But Simon in this task had proven to work very hard and despite his ridiculous comments in the threads, he really cares for the game in this task, he PM'ed me a lot, work and followed my advice closely.
Matty: What's the stats from past rounds between Zeljko (SiXo) and Simon?
Mr. Trump: [Hands over charts.]
Matty: It seems like Simon should stay, but then yet again with SiXo with the other two, it'll be a good fight to the finale that would be amazing. I'm torn.
I could see Simon in the final 2 actually.

simon2011: Ok, Mr.Trump, now I give you a relief and SiXo, I give you a good news: I withdraw from the game. Top 4 is enough for me. I don't think I'm interested in doing Task #10 & the final anyway. Just let SiXo prove how he deserves to be the Winner of this Apprentice show - I want him to prove it!!!
While I always defend SiXo in this game, SiXo always try to push me out so cruel! Good luck guys !!!
Matty: Do you really wanna withdraw from The Apprentice?
simon2011: I'm not type of person who wants dramas! I think it's good enough for me to be in Top 4.
Matty: You showed that you cared about the game this task, I think if you work harder you could possibly win.
simon2011: I did care about it but these top candidates: SiXo, Foxay & Ivan really put more effort and belief into this game more than I do. They worth it! Sometimes I feel effortless and ignorant for this game too.
Let see Kevin's decision, either way will be great for me!

Mr. Trump: Cheer up! As an individual you have won 1st place 3 times. This boardroom is too sad for me to handle.

Mr. Trump: Again we are back to square one and I am so conflicted!
