Cher has been around since the early 60s with her deep-voiced ass . The 60s! ANYTHING at this point is good. No one can even laugh at her if the song drops to the 100s tomorrow.

I'd assume they would, as you're only charged for the song, and then they'll probably be subtracted from the song's total on the week of release as with a Complete My Album feature.
