No. They can vote in up to eight fields. But they are advised to vote in the fields they have knowledge in.
A country voter shouldn't have voting rights in the rap or rock field, not unless they have the credentials to do so.

It's actually good and shines as a drama itself even if you took out the elements of social commentary & corruption.
I was just so esp. stunned by how 'Ida' used some of the best cinematography I have ever seen. A nomination in that category is so justified. I wish it would win.
