If that had played on the radio back then, do you think she would've took Katy's demographic, or something? Wouldn't the parents have been mortified at the lyric alluding to an eating disorder alone? If she was singing about things popular in the GP back then (see: Starships by Nicki Minaj) I'd see your point.
Electra Heart touches on one's vapidity, eating disorder, love, depression, and rejection. Super generic and stuff. Sounds like a Godsha album.
