And if the video isn't coming out any time soon, then the radio might drop it after the freeze which would be bad.
It isn't really doing anything superb by its own, such a shame because DWUW had potential to be HUGE but Gaga and her team screwed it up.

It's growing on radio though, that keeps it stable on iTunes. It's not even flopping on iTunes, it's selling about half of what the number one song is selling. As long as the video comes out before Christmas, it should ge fine.
I could totally see this peaking in January.
