If I did it I'd be smart enough to have a Chart Specialist, who'd work with me on Charts. We'd use a formula and all the parts would total 100% if done properly. I would do everyone's and that person would too, and we'd average ours and that's how we'd see who came out #1 with highest percentage.

Although knowing the formula could be perceived as me cheating, I really think it's the amount of work you do that counts. So even if I know the formula, if someone else does more (valid) work then I would obviously give them a higher position than me. Do you guys think I should volunteer?
