That's what I was trying to say above.
And with Bethany. If Cece and her are twins, then I can see how they messed up. They did it in the books with Ali & Courtney. Cece would be in the grave and the crazy Bethany from Radley would be the person we've seen as Cece Drake this whole time. And let's not act like this is the first time. They mistook Ali for Bethany. Wren could have easily changed the medical records. Wren & Cece (Bethany) AKA Nick & Courtney (Ali).

And Mona started being in the hoodie again only after they got out of the dollhouse. She realizes Charles is A's weakness. 
And CeCe does love her Red Coat, but she also loves that marvelous hoodie she wears underneath it. And I'll get the last laugh when Wren doesn't show up at all. MUAH!!! <3
