My artist is based in Europe, has 99% popularity in the U.S., yet her highest charting song there is #91 so far... why?

I remember reading some pages ago about hyping up a release so it gets to 100% popularity by the time it drops. How can I do this? I'm in April and I scheduled my artist's release for November, and I put her on some talk shows and the popularity is still 0%

It was me, you put your "album" (yeah it doesn't work with "singles" or "EP" weirdly) first then you release your singles everytime a single performs well the album's reputation is raising.

Let's say we're in September 2013 and just finished recording your album, so you put a release date to let's say August 2014, then release as many singles as you want, it will increase the album popularity. But don't overdo it, I tried once a monthly singles and released 10 of them before the album, but the album sold like 50k WW.

Starting the "Saint" Era

Low-key i'm mad because the Candy era was over 3 months ago with the send off singles "Delete it Fat" and "N3RDS" flopped then when I was about to release the Lead Single, "N3RDS" shot up to #1 and "Delete it Fat" moved to #3. Ugh. The week before the release they fell down though

The album just debut at #1 as well with 2.8M sold worldwide. The second single "Damn" is also doing really well and has been top 3 since its release, usually at #2 behind the lead

- Tyra Fox (a R&B singer scouted in the US, she was 100 of vocals so I snatched the next Mariah)
- New Girls (a R&B quartet from the US)

My plan is to stay focused on Una, cause right now she's hot and bring the COINS, her next move is touring, since her album Unexpected (3rd album) is already at 5.9M WW) so she's out of the underperforming zone.

Kihyun got an EP and repacked that EP on an album.
