Pretty sure the Boltons are gonna be overturned this season anyway. Or at least Ramsay will die. Iwan, the actor who plays wasn't on location very long, since apparently he signed on for a new Sky show and he was busy filming in Russia pretty much the whole year. Of course he might just not be in a lot of episodes, but I just have a feeling they'll kill him off to give the Starks at least one win.

I think that he/she thinks that Jon might survive only thanks to Ghost and warg into him, although his body would be dead. This is a popular theory among some fans. I think that it wasn't mentioned in the show but in the book Bran finds out that when a warg dies but his favorite animal lives, the warg's soul (at least a part of it) lives in the animal, so the warg has a second life. Considering that this fact was mentioned twice (!) in the 5th book by two characters independently on each other and that despite this it had no impact on the story, it must be important in the future books. So that's for the theory.

Hard to say. In the book his story differs greatly and he isn't arrested, he isn't even King's Landing! Although Margeary is arrested in the books, she is arrested for a different (and much more grave) crime. My personal guess is that Loras will make it out alive, at least for a time.
