Listening to my first Mariah album, Daydream. So far I'm on "Always Be My Baby". Here are my little posts I've made on the songs so far on tumblr:
Well, “Fantasy" is like one of my favorite songs ever so this is off to a good start.
I wasn’t really sure about it at first, but now I love “Underneath The Stars". <3
And, well, everyone knows about the monster ballad otherwise known as “One Sweet Day", which stays one of her best songs.
Her cover of “Open Arms" is really really good, but I have a feeling it won’t be one of my faves from the album.
"Always Be My Baby" is everything and I will not accept any **** talk about it okay?
"I Am Free" is a great big ballad, but idk I got a little bored listening to it. I like it though.
For now, “When I Saw You" seems a little meh-ish (i love the chorus though), but I think it’ll grow on me.
Oh my god, "Long Ago" is actually really good??? I think it's one of my faves.
Still looking flawlessly through her injury. Apparently she fell off a stage, dislocated her shoulder and cracked a rib.
