I have to say that as weird as the baby thing looks, it could actually be for the better 'cause babies are just annoying. But they are really gonna have to compensate the lack of toddlers with children being way more interesting than previous games.

Apparently the children are much better than they were in TS3, except when they go to school, because there is no School.

I hope you mean that they just go out of the neighborhood for school like how they went off lot in TS1/2 and not that there is NO school

The fact all my houses in TS3 are deleted have pissed me off.

What I'm gonna do is make my own house and own family for each lot, so every lot is unique.
In The Sims 3, I usually had only one family per saved game, and the rest was whatever EA had because changing active households took way too long (I'd get the 'Processing' box for like 6 minutes just to change household).

I want every available lot on The Sims 4 to be something I've made. It's gonna be my challenge for the game.

Unfortunately, I can only imagine EA is going to be as anti-modding as possible but we will just have to wait and see.

EA are actually supporting the mod community this time. They want people to make more CC and more Mods.

That's good. They went out of their way with several patches to screw up .package files when The Sims 3 first started (they only wanted TSR to be involved with modding) so this is a welcome change.

The teenagers are the same height as a young adult, but an adult is still taller. You then become shorter when you hit Elderly.

But ever since I was 13, I've been taller than both my parents. Kids are getting taller now.
The idea that because your a teenager you had to be shorter than a young adult was so annoying.

It worked in TS2 days. I think the answer to everything is to change the height of our Sims. I feel like that's one feature they could've tried to emulate.

But you realize the reason they're all the same height is a ploy? They were to lazy with certain animations, so they dropped a life stage, and made 4 out of the remaining 6 all the same height. I don't want to go back and forth with you because I know your stance on this game. I respect that. But come on... how much info needs to be presented in order to see why things in TS4 are the way they are?

I know that's why they did it. Tbh in the original version of the "online" Sims 4, there were only young adults. So when they changed last minute, they needed the quickest way out.

In saying that though, even though it's a quick finish, they have actually made it more realistic. Since Teens in the Sims take on 16 year old bodies, most 16 year olds are actually done growing, so having them so much shorter than Young Adults was always weird.

So I agree, it was obviously rushed into the game, but in someways it works anyway.

There were so many Sims 4 features I wish I had. Like dragging the walls etc.
