Come thru Amelle, #2 is more than most expected for you girl. Another Xenomania work, this lovely number almost fools you into thinking Change will be a worthy follow-up to the 2.0 albums. Jokes aside, I think 3.0 works this song in a way that the Mutyababes couldn't. It's so refreshing and beautiful. I didn;t give it a 10 because the bridge is the only part that I absolutely love (Heidi her power), but it is a very good song. The bridge especially I would rank among their best moments.
This was always Top 10, but I think it made a grand attempt to seize te crown at the end of voting. Close but no cigar, but #2 is also very respectable!
Change is a weird album to me. It's grown on me loads since my first listen, but a lot of it is still so weak to me. It has some absolute killer tracks like this, Surprise, Open The Door, Undignified etc. but some total garbage too. To me it feels like Taller In More Ways 2.0 but less interesting. I do like it though and it clearly did alright here.
