I would check out Two Weeks by her because it's really good, but if you truly want some great R&B, I would go for someone more like Tinashe or Miguel, but you probably know that (I think )

Tinashe's album is great and I'm not even a big R&B fan. I tried out Jhene but ch, I really couldn't get through it, I loved her in Chris' track "Drunk Texting", but her music is too slow for me. I heard snippets of FKA Twigs and nothing really interested me, so I don't think I'm gonna check ha out.

Jhene's EP is pretty good, but Tinashe really snatched ha wig with her album. Like, i was so tired during Jhene's album.

But yeah, Tinashe definitely impressed me. And I heard that after Jhene's, and they both had support from critics and ATRL as a whole so I was hoping they wouldn't be too similar. I wasn't really that impressed with 2 On at first, but now I bop to it so hard. Plus I'm listening to Aquarius right now for the 2nd time and I'm liking it a biT more than I did on my first play (not that I hated anything in the first place, though.)

Yas Watch Me Work is a close #6, too. I'm also devastated that Indigo Child wasn't a full track Would've slayed so hard. Luckily there's no bad songs, but my least fave is definitely Thug Cry.
