Why don't you just rank the person with the most votes on top of the list instead of doing the 20-19-18...2-1 points system? That has a huge flaw.
Let's say: MemberA got mentioned 18 times but in last position. MemberB got mentioned once but in first position.
Your system would make MemberB more influential than MemberA which is not true. Just a suggestion.

I actually thought about that while I was gathering up votes but there would be way too many ties. The bubbling under would be the biggest mess ever. Plus that would make so many people unhappy
