I feel like if we snub Legendary Lovers and By The Grace Of God it would just be bad. Legendary Lovers sort of breaks the AC vibe of the last few tracks you chose "Double Rainbow"/"This Moment".
and By The Grace Of God is such an emotional track. a lot of ppl will connect to it and give her credibility too. its genuinely from the heart and not so over thought of constructed like the other two tracks.
It Takes Two has a Just Give Me a Reason vibe and I can see it going top 3 and helping shift copies of the album even further. I feel like if she were to release Double Rainbow and This Moment they would just do nothing on the charts and well an artist signed to a major label is ment to care about chart positioning as much as some like to deny it. (not Katy..she understands charts are important)
Great video would really help 
But I'm not expecting a good video when we've already seen Roar, Dark Horse and Birthday videos during this era
