True Blood is a MESS. I'd say 2 million is much more than what it deserves. I'm so disappointed.

Something's wrong, lol. I mean, aside from the fact that TDK should be ahead of that ****.

Its actually well-above expectations. Despite the stellar cast, its theme may not appeal to a lot of people....So I think that 20 mil is quite a lot.

what exactly didnt you like about Tropic Thunder? just saying "it was ******" doesnt really classify as a valid opinion in my book.

The movie is a comedy. It's supposed to make you laugh. But the jokes were all cliche and badly done. I like comedies, but the smart ones. Not the 'look, this is stupid therefore it's funny' comedies. Clearly we don't share the same opinion. Sorry.

no we don't, though i do understand where you are coming from. i found some of the jokes to be a bit dry, though i found the satire to be spot on.

I think High School Musical could open with over $60 million and end up getting over $200 million in the end.

Anywayz, 450 million worldwide is coming. I'm thinking TDK will end its run as #4 on the All-Time list. I still wonder if it will be able to reach the billion mark though.

The Family That Preys should have been #1! It was completely screwed over because despite Tyler Perry's success, his movies still don't get released to all theaters!

well its all tied in with the timing and that one opnion, eventhough I loved it, and the marketing was not as strong as some other worht-while comic films. So, in a matter-of-fact fashion, I can say it appeal was not so broad, plus most of the people who kept those summer numbers rolling in were students, now they are all cramped into studying and toehr school-related escapeds, I can say so cos I am in school
