Macy Gray won that category, so I'm not understanding. "All I Wanna Do" won over songs like "Hero" and "The Power of Love." This category is not to reward "best yelling and oversinging on a track." It's about vocal performances or tracks with vocals on them, and that's what GaGa is giving on this track.
