It wasn't really hoping on the train because Britney doesn't care about that stuff. She said it herself in 03: "It's just about being cool". She's always done sessions with producers leaning towards more urban sounding material but those songs never see the light of day. + Slave was done two years before ITZ.
But yeah, she might be leaning towards urban sounding songs for this album.
