Well, it already smashed in some places - but as for worldwide single treatment, this song is next and line and I don't doubt that it will rightfully smash. It was low-key cult popularized was
Royals was up and coming, but after the success of
Team, this is likely to follow in the footsteps and become the third hit from
Pure Heroine.
2 - Miley Cyrus • FU f/French Montana
When I first heard this song, I was a little weirded out. There's really nothing that sounds very like it in Pop music at the moment, yet at the same time it's super catchy and filled to the brim with one-liners. Bound to be hollered at middle school dances and highlighted as a guilty pleasure. We know the GP is warm to the idea of it thanks to it going Top 50 on iTunes after its feature on the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show... bring it on, anthem!
3 - Katy Perry • Legendary Lovers
This is very obviously a smash waiting to happen. And it obviously is going to happen. What bothers me is that Katy wasted her geisha idea on
Unconditionally where it was stupid and didn't make any sense, whereas if she had used it for this song it would've worked beautifully! Whatever, either way this song is one of the lessor annoying songs on
Prism and watching it smash should be interesting.
4 - Bastille • Of The Night
I haven't really paid much attention to Bastille or this song but since
Pompei is clearly taking off, I'm sure Bastille will be a thing in 2014, with this song adding to that. Watch it happen

As unsure as I am about Gaga's career at the moment, this will smash undoubtedly! A secured hit for her, I'd say. It sounds like a classic upon first listen, much like
The Edge of Glory. It'll definitely capture the world's attention
after Venus which is better but I'm less secure about that being a hit so let's just go with this one for my list
