I don't know where the rumours of another push back to May came from, but Dua's self-titled album is still slated to be released in February 10 according to the latest Vertigo/Capitol press newsletter.

She said at her Kosovo show the album will come on February 17th, 9th anniversary of Kosovo's independence.

Whether that's just for some markets I don't know, but it's definitely coming February unless the singles do badly from now on.
