It could be (and hopefully is) a short TIDAL exclusive. Maybe it's just contractual obligation for a short period of time. When the time is up, they can go up elsewhere. It could even be as short as a month. It wouldn't surprise me if that is the case.
Outside of the streaming, I think the singles are actually being handled better this era. Only in that they are being sent to radio at the right time and they aren't splitting within one territory.
