It's normal cuz she meets so many people every show. and there are m&gs she might caught something also... but anyways she won't cancel and she seems fine and performed well so get over it and look forward to the next show

That's complete BS. The idea that she's not taking care of herself and is to blame for getting sick is ridiculous. For one, she was actively working out and training during January to prepare for the tour. And now that she's on tour she brought her physical trainer with her to work out with her daily and he has her on a healthy nutrition plan. You can read the interview he did here.
In addition, she has scheduled it so that she has a day off after every concert so that she can stay well rested, and not get exhausted like she had on previous tours. She's literally doing everything she can to stay healthy now. Given some of her past behavior and disorders it is actually possible that she has an insufficient immune system. Unless you are her doctor, you can't sit here and assume that there are no valid reasons as to why she gets sick, but she got herself on stage tonight despite how miserable she felt, performed, and according to the people who were at the concert, still managed to put on a great show.
