Anyways, my thoughts on Honeymoon. Her best song PERIOD. I cried I yelped I screamed I bunched up in a corner when I heard it
I've never felt like this since I heard Video Games (well Young and Beautiful too but lets not get into that). I remember when I heard Video Games and it gave me a feeling that I didn't understand. It made me look at my life differently. It gave me butterflies. It made a happy, sad , anxious all at once.
THIS SONG THIS SONG man recaptures that magic. I felt like I'm teleported back in time and rediscovering her music once again. It's truly special and definitely the best song she's ever put out so far. This woman just keep improving. I'm eternally grateful for her talent.
When I heard West Coast I felt numb because it's was so bad. I knew that moment that she's going to flop hard. and I was right.
I'm a huge advocate for the BTD sound and
this is IT yall. This is what i'm talking about.
I feel partly responsible for the movement ""wish it sound more like BTD". Never thought that it's as big as it is now. I see everywhere now.
what surprised me is that how people are deaf. or they have ****** speakers or headphones.
Because Honeymoon is Born To Die to the second power. it's better than anything on Born To Die, Paradise, and Ultraviolence. I LOVE crisp clean vocals. It's like the lord heard my prayers.
This is EVERYTHING. The vocals are PERFECT.This is what I'm talking about all along.
. This is video games, btd vocals but EVEN BETTER. Literally vocally the best thing she's ever recorded. Her voice is immaculate, beautiful, so easy to listen to just like BTD. MIXED perfeclty.
The instrumentation perfectly compliment her amazing voice.
This sounds nothing like Ultraviolence. For those who said this sound like Ultraviolence yall need jesus more specifically an ear specialist.
This song is so Video Games. I love it.
I'm so happy yall have no IDEA to hear GOD return to this.
