There's a different part that's rural that I don't visit very often.
Sis I don't let people disrespect me. One time a patient yelled at me and told me I wasn't doing my job properly so I hold his pain meds and let him suffer in pain for more than 4 hours. You don't mess with a nurse esp when you're in his field of work.
When I was studying Emergency Medical Services we had to do clinicals at a hospital. One of the patients had gangreen... I literally walked in the room and was said "**** this" and walked right back out. I'm obviously not in that field of study anymore.

I enjoyed DC more than NYC when I went back east. I absolutely loved it! We went to this Chinese restaurant in China town that I will never forget. It was one of the best meals I've ever had.
At Tim Hortons I once had a bitchy mom freak out at me, so instead of giving her kids Hot Chocolate I gave them all Espresso.
nnn We were closing one night at Popeyes and had already put everything in the trash but this one bitchy lady came through like a minute before we shut off the lights and insisted we cook her new stuff. We ended up digging the chicken strips out of the trash can and giving them to her.

My duty during the New Years Eve is really scary because patients who were brought in the ER were all bloody because the fireworks exploded on their hands.
