ITZ had 3 WW number 1s and produced one of the best pop songs of the decade, don't compare it to that TRASH.
That's your opinion. Of course ITZ was much more successful, but Artpop is good. Believe it or not, ITZ was going no where in the US or UK until Toxic was released. Many people from these two countries used to make fun of her calling her a flop just like what they're doing with Gaga now. She was still a global super star and was successful every where else, that's the only difference.
Yes JudasBroughtGagasCareerDownDown, GodAptation is a marvel.
Fun fact: the writer was asked to adapt a book about orchids into a movie. But how the **** do you make flowers interesting? How is that a movie? That'd be a movie about…nothing. So he wrote a script about a writer struggling to adapt a book about orchids into a movie. The message of the movie is that you can find something interesting and a story to tell in any topic. Ultimately the movie is not about nothing but about everything: life, love, death, sex, passion, etc.
Real Artpop. Poor Gaga. Poor Beyonce.
Poor every worthless waste of egg and semen you stan for.
Why do people continue to misinterpreter Gaga's definition of ARTPOP?
Art: The dead artists/monarchs she's been portraying herself as
Pop: The music
Like how when people said Beyonce is "ARTPOP" when she doesn't reference anything

I also think it's about artistic creation in general - I love how all the cliches that Charlie abhors (and Donald embodies, I guess) are actually what gets him out of his writer's block and consequently shifts the tone of the whole movie.
Blackout is legitimately a brilliant pop album thanks to its producers. They knew exactly how to work those songs into perfection with Britney as the face of the project.
