According to OneRepublic's tweets, I think The Giver soundtrack definitely EXISTED. Also according to OneRepublic's tweets and the way they tweeted them, obviously there are confidentiality agreements. But I think the hype will begin very soon, considering summer vacation and the release date August 15th. This is just my personal feeling, and I think it's LOGICAL, hopefully it was real.

I usually don't mind when they create false rumors, they just sound dumb. But people actually believe them  how can someone believe everything they read on HollywoodLie or Star

Wish you've had done a little research first but okay. 
1 - K-pop is pretty open about their manufactured product, not trying to be what they are not. Which is so refreshing for me.
2 - In case you didn't notice, their practice is pretty much just like how it goes in the '60s (grooming talents, Brill Building system)
3 - They are damn good at what they are doing.
4 - I admire their work ethic.
5 - If you actually pay attention, tons of those K-pop idols are actually highly skilled musicians.
6 - When they are actually involved in their music, they don't brag about it like most of Western acts do. They are taking it as learning process.
7 - BONUS: I've always loved well done pop. And they sell me just that. Plus, imo, Western producers actually try to experiment more with their sound in Asia these days (i.e: Teddy Riley). And K-pop is more than just boy/girl-groups, you know.  |

So sad seeing a former Taylor Stan now one of the haters. 
Although Taylor will go full-pop or soft rock or alternative this coming era, I will still stand beside her.

You do have a point and I agree with the bolded part. However, I will only take the same stance you're taking on the matter after I listen to LP5 and see its writing and production credits. I like Taylor too much and have liked her for too long to dump her that quickly, especially without listening to the music. I'm grateful for the good music she's delivered over the years, so I've decided to give her a chance before I burn my stan card.

I like your post above. In the past I even mistakenly defended MOPHEAD  because I thought he's Ed, I felt a little bit better nowadays. I just hope people love Taylor who is famous for writing all her own music, album sales and awards wining, don't treat Ed who ALSO writes all his own music, tops charts now and wining more awards (which he already did) in the future. |

I think her NEXT SINGLE (not necessarily the lead single) will be titled "Supreme", seriously.
