@Retro i really like their music in general but it's like, it's all too samey. like nothing really stands out enough for me to be like "wow i love this and im going to make listening to them a regular thing" play is my fave.

I actually REALLY loved O, T, Y, and ; john individually, particularly the latter.
Mine don't have a trigger either, like I could just be riding in a car and all of a sudden I'm in the middle of a massive panic attack, it's the worst I can't imagine life with absolutely no panic attacks, the thought of that is so strange to me

Yeah. The only thing that can calm me down when I'm in the middle of an attack is talking to other people. If I'm alone with my thoughts then it just spirals and that's no bueno
that's how I found out about them in the first place
