I wouldn't say that's a good way to judge anything. All of Kelly's lead singles hit at least #4 on iTunes upon release. That's literally as high as her fanbase can ever take it on their own.
CMB and MKIA both fell right out after 3-4 days...

I'm expecting "Heartbeat Song" to be a longevity hit a la MKIA instead of an instant smash. I expect it to make it to the lower echelon of the top 10 once the kids get home from school.
