What should they learn? When you can move 4+ Million albums in the US at full price, why would you discount your album 50%. Poor Katy, "Prism "is now selling at $5.99 to keep her album from dropping out of the top 50. I read that she discounted the album to $1.29 in the UK for a few weeks.
