SM also has a modeling agency? I don't get why idols like Yoona, Sehun etc. didn't just sign with that and not have to bother with singing

Because Yoona, Sehun, etc. aren't really "models," per se. They're very pretty, but they make CF money through being recognizable, good-looking public figures. Yoona isn't going to slay a high fashion Harper's Bazaar editorial any time soon, but she looks great in makeup ads and chicken commercials.

i honestly wouldn't be surprised if LEGEND Somi leaves JYP and KPop as a whole,

the fact she's experiencing all this massive success before her sweet sixteen

huge popularity on SIXTEEN -> not making it into TWICE (for obvious reasons aka being 14 at the time)
-> joining the biggest survival show ever -> massive popularity and a legendary 1st place
-> music show wins, CFs, I.O.I success, PAK's

The Show broadcasted a pre-recorded performance of "Very" (wasn't even recorded in Busan, where The Show was taking place to promote that BOF festival) while the girls did the now music show standard thing of doing some sort of performance just for the people/fans in the audience.

That apparently some stage manager shushed them off the stage a minute before they'd be finished so that the next act could get on stage is not a standard thing.

There may be songs like "Rough" and "Cheer Up" that have the receipts, but there still has yet to be a more pervasive bigger song than "Pick Me" released in Korea this past year.
