20/20 part 2 is no flop era. With the exception of his own bestselling album of 2013, only ten albums released last year have scanned platinum.

Take Back the Night and TKO didn't peak high but they spent nearly 4 months on the Hot 100 each + Not a Bad Thing spent almost 2 months in the top 10. And the tour will gross well over $200 million and become the biggest tour by a male pop star ever.

But regarding your post Usher is definitely influential. Jason Derulo, 1D, Chris, etc and other popular acts today have stated him as influence.

You see him regarded in influence way more before JT.

Except this generation bops way more to Bob Marley than trash like elvis and the beatles, the definition of timeless unlike those 2 that only have a timeless image and people barely know any of their songs

There are more legends than MJ, The Beatles and Elvis. Yeah, they sold the most and are the most "global," but "legends" are given those titles for various reasons, not just those reasons.
