All songs Rihanna has released this year are good. 6/10 at worst (this is a reach but somewhat applicable to AmeRihCan Oxygen). Even in her flop era she delivers better quality than her contemporaries!
At least Miguel wasn't SCARED to release his album because his previous singles failed. That's the difference between artists such as Miguel and label nutrags and R&B punching bags such as Rihanna.

lol at the idea of rihanna "perfecting an album". Since when, 7 terrible albums in and suddenly shes an innovator? she doesnt even write or produce, this project will be is generic run of the mill garbage (+ 2 decent singles) as the rest

My World & My World 2.0 = ...Baby One More Time & Oops! I Did It Again (teenage crappy music, with a huge huge hit, and was the top teen)
Believe = Britney (was growing up, starting to get sexy, and lost half the sales)
Purpose = In the Zone (huge comeback hit, lowest sales yet, but still a good era with his best hits and songs to date).
