bitch this is a JOKE! he wasn't racist in his speeches and stuff but the way he governed was racist as ****!
- the lack of emergency aid and the slow federal response to Hurricane Katrina unnecessarily doomed hundreds of black people to death
- No Child Left Behind Act is part of a public school funding mechanism that diverts federal money away from schools that need them the most and these schools are usually predominately black/hispanic
- the Patriot Act is one of the most xenophobic acts of US domestic policy as it was largely used to surveil immigrants from countries seen as hotbeds for terrorism
- he was pretty good about not inciting islamaphobia though, even if his middle eastern foreign policy was chaotic and disastrous
