People see him as a sleazy, slimy one hit wonder rapist who is extremely unlikable. That's the few who even remember who he is.
You really like to act like he came from nowhere, while he had a pretty good (for his standards) career before,
and Blurred Lines (album) is doing better than his last 3 albums, so he's winning anyway.
Not to mention that the album stabilized with 5% drops & ups in the second week, selling 55k for 5 weeks.
Now all you need for a good comeback is:
- A solid album (less screaming, more singing. Yes, you have a beautiful voice but when you scream? Ain't nobody got time for that.)
- Linda Perry and Scott Storch (yep, don't fool yourself honey, you need them. Stripped was your last groundbreaking album) ...
- Fire Irving Azoff! (You wanna be relevant again? How about you fire your 66 year old manager? Thanks!)
fff at my radio station posting this. What a mess.
I'm ready for This Is How We Do to come and save Katy's career, the video will be flawless and there's no way that she can ruin the performances (but don't bookmark me cause I don't want to be dragged in the future).
I'm pretty sure the 200 streams this has on Spotify come from me.
