I do enjoy the concept, somewhat. And I am fond of other characters, but it's all become so repetitive now, and the way they write them sometimes is so stupid and thoughtless....

But the Carol evolution, and her episodes are always a bright spot for me.

JSS, The Grove, The Same Boat, No Sanctuary, those are some of the best episodes of the entire show to me. I actually stopped caring at the prison, everyone else annoyed me at that point, and I actively want Daryl dead, he's so greasy and useless and mopey and serves no purpose but to slurr his words and grunt. He literally has no storyline and hasn't had one since Merle died

Yet they keep killing female characters to advance his manpain.

- Another man in custom-made armor is spotted, this time being beaten by saviors. He isn't the one who Morgan saved.

- The man in custom-made armor that Morgan would not let Rick kill does show up in this episode with another man covered in similar armor, though. Turns out Morgan's instincts were right about him, they appear to be decent people as some members of our group find out. The people in armor seem to be enemies of the saviors.
- At Alexandria they are preparing to transport Maggie to the Hilltop via RV. Rick, Abraham, Glen, Maggie, Aaron, Eugene and Carl all tag come along on this venture. Rick would rather Aaron stay, but Aaron says the only way to stop him is to shoot him or punch him (again).
- Along the way the roads are blocked by different groups of saviors. Our people faced one group similarly to how Daryl, Sasha and Abraham faced the group which they blew up, but this time was different. This group had an unnamed victim with them (the armored guy being beaten at the beginning of the episode.).
- Threats are thrown around with the leader of this group (Not Negan), with Rick asking him "Do you want this to be your last day on Earth?” and the leader returns Ricks question. After an intense standoff it's Rick's group that turns back.
- Now on another road, our group comes across a chain of walkers, two of which are wearing things that belong to Michonne and Daryl (two locks of Michonne's hair and Daryl's jacket). Because of this everyone comes to the realization that Daryl and Michonne are hostages.
- In the woods there's a group of saviors watching who start whistling then start shooting at our group, taunting them, driving them back into a certain direction that they want. Rick realizes this after seeing that that the saviors are purposely only shooting at the group's legs.
- A little while later the the saviors hang their unnamed victim (who was armored), Aaron wants to shoot the chain to try to save them but Rick concludes it is pointless.
- Toward the end our group is cornered and becomes surrounded by the saviors and taken captive, with Michonne and Daryl (who turn out to be alive) brought into the mix to join them. I've heard it's nine people in total from our group: Rick, Carl, Glenn, Daryl, Michonne, Maggie, Abraham, Eugene and Aaron.
- Then man you all have been waiting for, Negan, shows up in the last ten minutes of the episode, along with his barbed-wired bat that he calls by name "Lucille".
- He has a long monologue in which he explains that Rick killed a lot of his people and that Rick and the others have to start working for him, giving him half of what they have. And as retribution he concludes that he's going to kill one of them and if anybody tried to stop him he would take Carl's other eye and give it to Rick to eat.
- Our group are all on their knees as he decides who to kill; He looks at Maggie (who's health/stomach pains have worsened), but Glenn interjects and Negan says he was thinking to kill her so he could get her out of her pains. He has trouble deciding which one to kill so he begins his game of "Eeny, meeny, miny, moe" Every one of our captured characters' faces are shown during the count.

And the moment we’ve all been waiting for....

- When he finally chooses, the camera view switches to the ill-fated character's point of view, so we don't know who has been selected. Negan bashes his/her head and their vision/the camera becomes blurry. Everybody starts shouting at the carnage. Then Negan makes a few more hits causing the ill-fated character to fall on the ground, and after a one more final hit there is a sudden fade to black. End credits, end season.
To make it clear before the questions start: there's no mumbling by said character or anything else that would give away his/her identity. There's just screaming, the bat hits, a blurry camera, and a fade to black. Who dies is just one. Big. Tease.

He's still in the comic books in the moment, so I'm expecting at least the whole of Season 7 and 8, perhaps 9 too

Surely the show is going to be at the same pace at the comics fairly soon? I mean, the whole Negan chapter is already starting, I wonder what they're going to do once it's caught up completely.

I think most of the main cast should stay. Characters I think should go:

Glenn - As much as I love him, he hasn't been interesting since like S2. His romance with Maggie is getting boring and tiring too. His character have run it's course and should go soon.

Carol - If she's becoming Morgan 2.0 then she should go. One is unbearable enough. I can't handle two.

Morgan - Couldn't get anymore annoying and tbh his story doesn't fit into the current storyline. His character is just so.. out of place. What a major disappointment of a character. I'd rather have Tabitha the goat alive over him.

Sasha - She's just.. there. Serves no purpose whatsoever. Seems to be finally getting a storyline with Abraham & Rosita but meh.

Tara - I love her but I think she's overstayed her welcome. Terribly. Her character is quite interesting but it's being paid dust. Very expendable.

Daryl - Of course Daryl is badass and all, but his character have run it's course and watching him is starting to become really tedious. Not to mention one of the show's main appeal is that anyone could die at any time, and yet he's invisible.

I wanted to add Father Gabriel on the list too, but I feel like he has the potential to be an interesting character. I still have no idea what his role on the show is or why he is alive but at least he's getting cooler.

So are they going to show Tara reaction about what happened to Denise in the next episode? I feel like they should have done that in this previous episode. Whats the point of dragging that story in the Finale episode.

Also what ever happened to Aaron Boyfriend? I haven't seen him in a long while. Did he died already?

the actress for tara was on maternity leave so they weren't able to shoot anything with her. don't know if she is in the final.

Morgan is unbearable. The things he says make NO sense, God. Why the hell would Denise need to be saved by the guy who kidnapped her in the first place?


Idc if Daryl dies. I stanned for him up until S4 but he has become pointless and annoying. He's only there to watch over his girls and to rage when they die, endangering the group in the progress. He deserves the bat.

I don't mind Glenn dying either. I have never liked his character nor the actor. He's the only main actor that I find a bit weak in terms of acting skills.

Aaron won't die. No one would care.
Abraham won't die either. He's getting a storyline with Sasha.
Carol won't die. Her storyline for S7 is being set up.
Rosita has been getting a lot of focus these past episodes but I don't think she'll die since it won't have a lot of impact. I like her, but a lot of other people don't care.
Rick, Carl and Michonne are there to stay and won't die by Negan nor ever.
Maggie won't die because of her baby.

Not someone mentioning Andrea on page 385. I still haven't recovered from that. I still don't get why people hated her so much. She wanted the best for everyone and tried to make Woodbury a home like Alexandria. She thought she was loved but she was being used by the Governor plus then was brutally killed by him. She even apologized to Michonne for it later and Michonne accepted her apology. Idk, I felt sick to my stomach when they killed her off like that.
But I read somewhere that they (Kirkman and/or other(s) from the TWD team) wanted to get rid of the actress playing Andrea.

^ Yeah that dialogue seems more likely to be true. The other one didn't match up because there's a blackout at the end of the episode and we won't find out who dies, but the dialogue mentions Daryl at the end. This one doesn't, so it might be true.

OH MY GOD ALL OF THIS! People think she was a hoe just because she was with the Governor, but I didn't see nothing wrong with that, she fall in love with him and he act like he loved her, what's the problem? At least she tried COUPLE OF TIMES to make things work between Rick and the Governor. But people don't see that, they only say what they want to say, smh. I cried when they killed her, she was one of my favourites characters.

Yeah me too. If I could reverse one death it would be Andrea because she would have still been alive. She was basically the female leader of the group. She reminded me a lot of a female Rick.
