and there are strict rules about what you can do with money leftover from a campaign - you can only donate up to $2000 to another candidate, and you can give the money to charity, a political party, or save it for another election
it's not like he's keeping the money for himself to pay for his Depends and denture cream so it's inaccurate and unfair to call him a "swindler"

See how LIBERAL media all used the electoral college in their predictions of a Clinton win by a landslide.

Oversampling democrats in polls.

The reverse bradley effect in place.

It isn't until Clinton loses that the uproar reaches this height.

2016 is a prime example as to why the electoral college was a genius decision that still works now.

no way should CA, NY, TX , FL and MA determine the presidency for the other 45 states.
